Come and create a beautiful round traditional Welsh Cyntell basket, for yourself, or as a seasonal gift.
This basket was originally made and used in the fields for harvesting potatoes, it has since been stylised in white willow as a laundry basket, and the largest ones have even been used as a baby’s cradle. Using dried frames I have made in advance, you will learn a rhythmic weave creating a beautiful basket reminiscent of a coracle.
